Damages and issues

We have a 5-day Damages Policy, which means you have 5 days after proof of delivery to request a replacement if received damaged. Items also come with insurance through courier. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and make it right.
